Warren P. is responsible for overseeing all legal aspects of the company. He possesses over 22 years of experience as an attorney specializing in employment law, corporate law, and government regulations. For the past 10 years, he has been an entrepreneur, successfully establishing and managing numerous businesses within the medical, pharmaceutical, and legal sectors. Warren earned a Bachelor of Arts with a major in Economics and a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from the College of William and Mary. In addition to his professional endeavors, he actively participates in a variety of activities and organizations, including Omicron Delta Epsilon—an Economic Honor Society; Phi Theta Kappa—an Academic Honor Society; serving as a journalist for the independent Tallahassee newspaper, the Florida Flambeau; and being a member of the Florida State University Marching Chiefs.
